Tourism is a strategic industry, low resource consumption, lead coefficient, employment opportunities, comprehensive benefits. March 2012, Ha Long Bay continues to be selected as one of the seven new natural wonders. Previously, Ha Long Bay in 1994 and 2000 with the aesthetic value of geological and geomorphological value with the UNESCO (UNESCO) recognized as a world natural heritage. As Vietnam’s most famous tourist attraction in the current Vietnam’s economic development and social stability, people’s lives become increasingly affluent, opening under initial results of background, Halong Bay tourism will usher in the great development opportunities. In the future, Vietnam Halong Bay tourism how quality and efficiency, upgrade, and writing a new chapter, a new glory, is the proposition of an era and historic task must be completed.Vietnam’s Ha Long Bay in the full research paper rich and diverse natural resources, tourism, a good social environment, convenient transportation, the country’s opening-up policy is proposed based on the existence of Halong Tourism Development the following problems: inadequate government attaches great importance; and low levels of tourism product design lack of features; tourism investment mechanisms are inadequate, the investment environment is limited; tourism financing structure is irrational; promotion efforts owed, low quality of service, and poor management. To this end, Vietnam Halong Bay tourism development has five main tasks:One is to strengthen the government, optimize the development environment; the second is based on key planning and development, Daiso famous brand tourism products; third is to further strengthen infrastructure construction, improve the investment environment; Fourth multi-channel financing, to increase tourism investment.
