It is not conducive to establish an orderly rural land market. And it run through several common methods of agricultural land price evaluation system,also explains definition of economic value and its applicable situation. For social security price of connotation and denotation these two parts will be fully taken into account to get the calalative method,which not only consider the price of old-age insurance in the traditional sense, but also take further consideration of medical insurance price,price of employment insurance,education cost and others,in order to find out an reasonable price of social insurance. And proposed social security price of agricultural land is a long process, and it should gradually weaken in the process. Prices from the definition of social security to the connotation of a comprehensive and in-depth analysis, and then put forward the theory of social security price realized the idea of Social Security cost calculation methods and other related issues were discussed.In Bengbu which is a city of Anhui Province as an example a farm plot, carried out economic and social price price spreadsheet, get the local economy and reasonable price and social price.
