After China’s reform and opening up three decades, private enterprises in the market economy to promote gained rapid development, has become a vital force in supporting China’s economy, its position has become increasingly important. Industrial layout from simple manufacturing began to diversify period, the proportion of highly qualified staff in the enterprise is also growing. Due to the limitations of private enterprises and other aspects of their own reasons, to high employee turnover rate has been severely restricting the further development of enterprises.Based on the analysis on the basis of the characteristics of private enterprises to Price-Mueller (2000) model, from the social environment, individual, three aspects of the organization, employees’ employment factors "made a systematic analysis and research. Due to social and environmental factors, individual factors on organizations, some of which are not controllable; occurs only in some individual employees who have limited impact. Therefore, this paper focuses on organizational factors detailed analysis and research, collate and analyze the "13 departure factors" organizational aspects, and each "employment factors" have been defined. On this basis, the LS Group real estate company, for example, conducted a survey. For survey results to identify the key factors that influence decisions made by staff turnover behavior, take appropriate management measures to address the problem of the high rate of employee turnover.Based on the LS Group real estate company 114 questionnaires for analysis and research, found that "13 leaving Factors" in the organization, the staff generally agreed that: the recognition and support salaries, workload, lack of resources, leadership, job autonomy, fairness, clarity of responsibilities which seven factors are relatively more important and less satisfaction.For this survey, to change the status quo LS Group real estate company no less than the employee turnover rate is high, we propose:Continue to improve the pay levels of employees; adjust business strategy, the rational allocation of personnel; changing leadership work; legitimate authority; reasonable set five aspects of work objectives and other management proposals.Private enterprises generally higher employee turnover rate. Most private enterprises pay only through a simple, measures to improve the welfare of other substances, trying to improve employee satisfaction, to prevent or reduce the former employees, after all, is not enough systematic and comprehensive, practical results achieved are not satisfactory.Research ideas and methods relating to employees of private enterprises as provided herein, leaving the question, maybe you can give relevant personnel in the study provide reference problem when employees leave.
