In the process of reform and opening up in China for more than 30 years,private enterprises have played a huge role in safeguarding the development of the national economy.Private enterprises play an increasingly important role in the process of economic and social development in China.Under the current background of de-capacity,technological innovation has become the only way for the development of private enterprises,and the key to technological innovation is talents,which makes the competition of talents more and more fierce.In recent years,grassroots employees have changed jobs,technical talents have changed jobs,and managers have changed jobs.Even the collective job-hopping incident has caused one after another,which has caused enterprises to suffer incalculable losses in economic and reputation,and even seriously threaten the survival and development of enterprises.The problem of employee turnover has become one of the biggest challenges faced by private enterprises.How to control employee turnover within a reasonable range has become an urgent problem for private enterprises in China.This paper has carried out detailed analysis and discussion on the issue of employee turnover in private enterprises in Handan City.This paper first reviews the research status at home and abroad,and lays a foundation in theory.Secondly,it defines the related concepts and theories of private enterprises and employee mobility,and expounds the status quo and characteristics of private enterprise development and employee turnover in Handan City.This paper discusses the necessity of evaluating the employee turnover of private enterprises in Handan City.On the basis of reading a large amount of research literature,through field investigation,employee interviews and questionnaires,the relevant data and data are collected comprehensively,and the private city of Handan City is analyzed.The influencing factors of employee turnover and the difficulties and pains of the resettlement of private enterprises in Handan City in the context of de-capacity;Finally,we designed a coping strategy for the private enterprises in Bengbu to solve the problem of employee turnover from macro,meso and micro aspects.And proposed optimization suggestions for the lost employee resettlement plan in the context of de-capacity.I hope that the results of this paper will help the private enterprises in Handan City to solve the problem of employee turnoverand staff placement in the context of de-capacity,and contribute to the economic and social development of Handan City.
