Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration background, East Asia has become one of the most promising regions in the world economy, while Vietnam is one of the rapidly developing countries in East Asia. Since the normalization of relations of those two countries in 1991, China and Vietnam not only the cooperation and merging of economics into the global market deepened, but also the influence of these two countries on the integration of regional economics and the development of near-by countries. The Sino-Vietnam economic corridors are based-on the "Two Corridors", which is in the framework of "Two Corridors and One Ring" sub-regional economic cooperation zone. Due to its special location, it is a real nexus of China-ASEAN FTZ, and the impetus of the economical development of Vietnam economy. This paper started from the aspect of Sino-Vietnam economic corridors, and analyzed its effects on the development of Vietnam economy and China ASEAN FTZ. The thesis first summarized the previous studies, and reiterated relative theories. Then focused on the separated effects of "East Corridor" and "West corridor"; the development level of provinces, cities on the routine; and angles like trade, investment and tourism. Finally, summarized with a conclusion on the effectiveness of Sino-Vietnam economic corridors on China - ASEAN FTZ and came up with some policy advices.
