Study On The Construction Of "Lang Son-Ha Noi-Ho Chi Minh City-Moc Bai" Economic Corridor In Vietnam

In the process of shaping,constructing and developing,the economic corridor exerts the economic space advantages of the node cities,central cities and core industrial zones through the methods of agglomerating elements,integrating resources,optimizing allocation and cooperating production,forming regional growth poles and production gradients.Force,drive development along the line and surrounding areas,play the role of radiation and diffusion,release the power,potential and innovation of economic development,and realize the organic unity of the economic structure of elements,industries,markets,cities and regions.As an effective mechanism to promote regional economic cooperation and development,the economic corridor is being widely accepted and implemented by related countries.In March 2015,the Vietnamese government approved and implemented the “Lang Son-Ha Noi-Ho Chi Minh City-Moc Bai Economic Corridor Development Plan by 2020 and Vision 2030”,with1 A Highway and Highway 22 as the main axis,involving 21 provinces and 3 centrally administered municipalities,covering the 70% of total GDP of Vietnam,regarded as the most active region of Vietnam's economy.After the implementation,it will integrate and promote the economic cooperation and development between the northern,central and southern regions of Vietnam,and gradually evolve into the national economic geography.However,problems such as backward infrastructure,weak budget,lack of industrial chain,and slow construction are the real problems that constrain the construction of the economic corridor.The “Lang Son-Ha Noi-Ho Chi Minh City-Moc Bai Economic Corridor” is interconnected with the “two corridors and one circle” of China and Vietnam,the Greater Mekong Sub-region Economic Corridor,which together constitute the basic framework for the coordinated economic development of the Indo-China Peninsula.At the same time,it is same or similar to the China-Indochina Peninsula economic corridor advocated by China in terms of location geography,implementation path,economic function,development connotation,etc.With the continuous implementation and advancement of each project,its will enrich the investment opportunities for Chinese enterprises in Vietnam and further expand the investment field.Deepen Sino-Vietnamese bilateral economic and trade relations,promote the development of cross-border logistics,new land and sea passages in China and Vietnam even the Indo-China Peninsula region,and build a multi-faceted,multi-level and wide-area regional economic cooperation pattern.
