With the development of economic globalization, the economic and trade activities between countries are no longer affected by economic factors, but also influenced by political factors.Since the normalization of relations between China and Vietnam, the economic and trade relations between the two countries have been developing rapidly, though there are fluctuations, but the trend is stable. With the adjustment of Sino Vietnamese relations in recent ten years, especially after 2010,there has been a new change in the trade fluctuation between the two countries. This shows that the growth of Sino Vietnam trade volume is slowing down, the restructuring of Vietnam's export commodities to China, the narrowing of the trade deficit against China, and new problems in China's investment in Vietnam and engineering contracting. In addition to the impact of the global financial crisis and the changes in industrial adjustment in Vietnam and China, the political relations between the two countries have become deadlocked and the trust of Vietnam affects the economic and trade relations between the two countries.Meanwhile, the US put forward the strategy of "return to the Asia Pacific",and the cooperation between us and Vietnam has increased.Vietnam uses the strategy of " Equilibrium strategy among big countries" to balance China's influence on Vietnam with the help of the US and Japan. These factors have affected Sino Vietnamese economic and trade relations to varying degrees. The change of Sino Vietnamese economic and trade relations during this period should arouse our enough attention.
