With the rapid development of the trust industry in China, a variety of trust business rapid expansion, the rapid development of trust schemes, a variety of business models and trust business after another, bringing great benefits to the trust but also poses a complex risk challenge. As an important part of our financial, to the status of capital, money and property market in the trust industry in China’s macroeconomic more obvious, therefore investigate trust real estate industry risk management study with the necessary theoretical and practical significance.One of the important real estate trust as real estate financing channels, is also an important part of the trust industry, but also a source of income real estate companies, the effective development of the real estate trust industry, China’s economic development has played a significant role. However, the real estate trust growth cycle is short, its development also has a strong counter-cyclical characteristics, which is China’s economic policies.
