Petroleum is the most important fossil energyin the world, known as the "blood" of modern industrial economy, is to protect a country’s economic development, political stability and military security of vital strategic materials. With the development of economic globalization, the world’s growing demand for oil, for oil "compete" with the control will become increasingly fierce, can be expected before the new energy revolution is yet to come, this trend will not be reversed. As the main oil companies involved in this competition, analysis, evaluation of their financial situation, help countries to develop international development strategy of the oil industry from the macro, help the industry department of the industry rational allocation of resources, help managers to properly assess current business conditions, the timely detection of problems, improve corporate financial management, help investors choose to invest in objects based on reasonable business profitability and profit distribution and other financial information to make their biggest profits.By studying the literature on the theory of financial analysis can be seen, the US oil companies with a more complete financial analysis and evaluation system, research in this area focused on domestic general corporate financial analysis universal indicator system for the reserves expanded around Special Index of oil companies is not enough in-depth analysis. This article mainly related to asymmetric information theory, financial analysis three basic theory and gray theory theory.The third chapter is to build oil companies financial analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the theoretical framework. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the oil business, the business environment analysis and special oil company financial analysis indicator analysis, oil companies build the framework of financial analysis. On the basis of the financial analysis of the oil companies, by selecting evaluation index system, the choice of indicators weight determination methods and comprehensive evaluation framework to further build a comprehensive evaluation of the oil business finance.The fourth chapter in the oil as an example to analyze its financial status, is one of the core content of this article.
