Analysis Of Construction Industry Performance In Jiangxi And Its Influence Factors

Nowadays, Construction industry is becoming increasingly important in the developing society, everywhere continuous thriving this industry, but due to jiangxi province,s reality,the construction industry is still in extensive growth mode, low efficiency and low return. Therefore, researching our province,s construction industry performance and it,s evaluation is particularly urgent and important.This article uses relevant index data, combining with qualitative and quantitative analysis method to have a overall analysis and evaluation on the performance of jiangxi province. Main perspective analysis include:(1) Use entropy – TOPISIS mothod measuring 2003-2012 jiangxi province,s optimal production efficiency under the influence of the input and output indicators. On the time dimension, we know construction performance level in jiangxi province is improving as a whole in nearly decade.(2)Use the gini coefficient evaluating construction industry gathered degree in 11 cities of jiangxi province, indicates that the regional concentration difference is obvious;(3) Establish a coordinated development index evaluation system to evaluate the mutual coupling between the economic development level in jiangxi province. Showing that the coupling conditions is improving, from low level to high level. Under the provincial perspective, we know in 2003 the verge of coupling coordination degree belongs to imbalance, 2004, 2005, 2007 and 2008 are as part of the force coordination, 2006, 2009-2012 the coupling coordination degree are all greater than 0.6, belong to the coordinated development of the class. Besides,From city,s perspective, jiangxi province,s construction and economic development of 11 cities, the coupling coordination only nanchang, ganzhou and jiujiang city the coupling coordination degree greater than 0.6, belongs to the coordinated development stage.Then further mining factors affecting the construction industry,s performance in jiangxi province, using improved ke sermon glass production function to research the major factors influence the construction industry production efficiency; Reanalysis jiangxi three big industry agglomeration level to research the agglomeration level changes influencing factors; At the same time, Using the grey correlation method find affecting main factors on construction industry and economic,s coupling coordination level.Through the study we know:(1) The human and financial investment is still the primary factor in the province construction performance measurement;(2) The level of industrial agglomeration, structure and foundation has important influence on the performance of the construction industry in jiangxi province.(3) Increasing construction output and labor productivity have a crucial role in speeding up construction progress and economic development of jiangxi province.
