| This paper aims to discuss the enterprise managers’occupational status, which is the conditions and mechanism for enterprise managers who acquired career status, including influence factors and system comparison and historical comparison. Previous studies have indicated that inborn factors did not directly influence the existing occupational status, while the human capital and social capital are the main afterward factors which influence occupational status, and China’s special political tradition and landscape are also a precondition to achieve specific occupational status. However, the neglect or default of these studies is the diversity and changes characteristics, so this article tries to make a theoretical explanation for utility boundary.There are 2677 enterprise personnel in the data of CGSS 2006, Through logistic regression analysis found that:(1) partly ascribed factors on the role of enterprise management personnel of career status is still obvious, but the overall showed a trend of decrease; (2) in different periods and different system, political landscape and human capital and social capital to the enterprise the influence degree of the management of career status differences; (3) in the non-public enterprises affected by the inertia of traditional management of career status is prominent, and in the non-public enterprises to follow the management of career status of general principles of ability first; (4) to compare the human capital and social capital to the enterprise managers found that when the extent of occupational status at any time and in any system, the role of human capital are stronger than the social capital.Professional status for enterprise management personnel to study confirmed the basic proposition. On the one hand, with the deepening of economic system transformation, in the enterprise in this specific field, the market gradually become the dominant force in social economic activities, more enterprise management personnel of career status competition rather than inheritance, on the other hand of gradual reform make traditional power partly retained in the non-public enterprises, so as to show the enterprise management personnel of career status of complexity. |
