At the same time, this paper also deeply researches on the organizational structure, management, talent policies, environmental protection, investment and financing management to guarantee the smooth implementation of the project. Finally, it shall analyze the risks and predicated financial index, comment on ecological benefit, social benefic and comprehensive benefit so as to know the feasible enterprise value as well as social value. Besides, it tells us that the project does not only realize the management performance benefit but also boost the regional economy, solve employment pressure, which is beneficial to enterprises and profits human beings.In recent years, with the accelerated pace of economic system reform the target of economic development changes from single economic improvement to green development mode in the premises of ecological balance, and environmental protection.
