Researches On Forestry Development Countermeasures Based On The Rural Ecology Environment Construction

The twentieth century witness rapid development of science and technology. In the past 50 years, especially in the past 30 years since the policy of opening and reform, our country has achieved distinguished accomplishments in lots aspects, such as economy,technology,education and culture. And also the overall changes happened in producing and living life in rural areas of China. Meanwhile, human being excessively exploits and utilizes natural resources, which has destroy ecological balance and brought about a series of problems endangering environmental safety. Ecologic environment development has been the key issue of existing and developing for human beings.Countryside is the base for forestry development which has much connection with living condition for lots of people living in. Nowadays, we develop forestry not in the aim of obtaining economical benefit only any more. And we do not focus on developing forestry industry. Instead, we established a completely new guild line, that is the synchronization development among benefits of economy,ecology,and society.In this thesis, after introducing the importance of developing forestry in common ecologic system, it focuses on the defined area"the rural area". The writer analyses the difficulties in developing forestry in country for the purpose of building a harmonious ecological environment in rural areas. To existing problems, the writes proposes some countermeasures feasible.All countermeasures referred could be classified in five main aspects. First, in fiscal system, the public devoting is the main resource. Besides, we should collect money from various aspects for developing forestry, and implement the innovative policy of compensation for ecological benefits. Second, in the science and technology, in one hand, we should improve level of science using in rural forestry developing and in the other hand, put much attention to the extending activities. Third, in exploiting human resource, we need enhance the consciousness of ecological environment protecting and developing, and mobilize most persons take part in the construction. Fourth, in political guarantee, the government gives the powerful guild and the joint efforts of all the related departments are also important. Fifth, in building some characteristics, we should plant economic forestry as the innovative point, and develop forestry ecology tour as the short cut.The writer gives Gao Chun as the example. After analyzing the problems and potential for developing forestry in Gao Chun, the writer concludes the detailed countermeasure and provides reference to building new countryside in advance.
