The Research Of Tourism Environment Carrying Capacity Based On Tourism Planning

Tourism environmental carrying capacity (TECC) is an important measurement in estimate the cooperation of tourism environment and tourism developing, and now is the key issue in tourism developing and environmental protecting. At now, the researches of TECC focus on two sides: one side is for the theory area, involve the concept, meaning, the relationship of the tourism environmental capability, and computation models; another side mainly analyses TECC in practice. Both of the two sides are rarely mentioned the dynamic process of TECC. In this paper, author no longer focus on the concept researches and the practice analysis in one tourism area. This research associates TECC and tourism planning, apply TECC in tourism planning construction, concerning the tourism activities level with the resources and environment, in order to make them match better and more harmony. This research contains the tourism destination market structure, ecologic environment carry capacity of tourism area, long time series water resource and tourists amount, discussing several questions as bellowing:(1) seeking another tourism destination for instead to decrease the tourism pressure in over loaded destination(2) calculate environment quality level to optimize tourism planning distribution(3) estimate the varies trends of tourism destination water resource carry capacity and tourists amount in recent 10 years and give a forecastThis research include the principal part of tourism, which is the tourists and tourists amount, mentioned in tourism surrounding carry capacity; include the sustain part of tourism, which is the nature environment, mentioned in sewage acceptance ability. Both the tourism market and tourism planning are considered to enhance environment carry capacity, and dynamic varies in water resources and tourist amount are researched though the long time series seasonal adjusting.In this paper, landscape ecology theory, uncertainty models and long time series are used in tourism planning market research and function distributing. The research of tourism surrounding carry capacity takes tourism amount as the index, the nature environment carry capacity takes tourism environment carry capacity exponent as the index, and the dynamic research takes tourism income as the index. The research results as bellowing:(1) Because the landscape ecology and regional tourism subject are simulating in research object and target, the landscape ecology theory could be used to solve problems in tourism. In this research, landscape pattern,patch,corridor and landscape connectivity are used in regional tourism spatial competition, regional tourism traffic and regional tourism market. The tourism traffic could be the corridor of different tourism patch,calculate Luxi tourists amount by the traffic connecting coefficient and tourism needs coefficient. The research result is proved accord with the investigation.
