In the post-crisis era, faced with rising costs of labor and raw materials, such as the pressure of RMB appreciation, China’s economy is undergoing a transformation, which will drive corporate governance structure to change dramatically. Thegrowthwhichis driven by resources and capitalwill be converted to rely on management and leadership.Whether in traditional primary, secondary or tertiary industry, the role of leadership will be magnified and become the main force.In this thesis, we explored the new situation of the company’s leadership development and improvement, which is a private enterprise restructured form state-owned one. We made a comprehensive analysis about the firm’s human resource management and gave some guidelines according to the characteristics of enterprises. Based on the organizational level and individual level, this paper presented some reference enterprise embodiments, had a certain operability and innovation.The main innovation is the perspective from an engineering firm.For the current restructuring of private enterprises facing competition, the conclusions of enhance leadership had a strong practical significance.In addition, there were few studies about construction and decoration industry in China. This paper provided a reference.
