Research On Human Resource Management Mode Of Construction

Human resource management in construction projects is an important component of construction projects management. On the basis of discussing the domestic and overseas research results on this subject, this thesis identifies and expresses the theory and practice of human resource management in construction project using relevant theories. Therefore ,the allocation of human resources determines if it can become fully exploited.With the gradual establishment of a socialist market economy ,China's construction enterprises , in project management practice , focusing on project quality, cost and schedule as the core project management style is difficult to achieve coherence of three main objectives . Accordingly, based on a comprehensive study of the overall efficiency of the effective management , configuration management of human resource or failure of the project. As to projects, the human resources are the ability of personnel that Projects where one occurs are relevant, the configuration management of the Project human resources is according to the project goal,change of Project activity Progress and Project external environment condition, obtaining the necessary personnel of the project external environment condition , adopting the scientific method,merging it to the Project group closely.Playing the initiating subjectively and fully,encouraging and keeping their enthusiasm to the project, and then accomplishing goal of project.In this paper, the project of human resources management issues have been studied and discussed, and the context of particular projects, the actual situation of its human resources to conduct a detailed analysis and in-depth research , and for the corresponding question their own views and responses, it is worth learn from similar businesses. Authors believe that this is a nice try, while resolving the current Human resource Management in a number of practical problems is also helpful.
