Under the circumstances that the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the competition of talents and management are the representation of the competitions between companies. Human resource management (HRM) of construction projects is the important content of project management. So, the systematic analysis and research of the HRM of the real estate construction projects can provide theoretical and practical guidance on such practical problems.The thesis expounds the characteristics and connotation of the HRM of real estate construction projects according to the factual condition of the first project of gold beach projects, and also use the HRM study achievements at home and abroad for reference. On that basis, the thesis expounds the current HRM condition of the first project of the gold beach projects, and analyzes the existing questions of the HRM of this project from the factors such as the organizational structure, the personnel recruitment, the talent reserve, the performance evaluation and the overall dynamic configuration of human resources.
