China is a large agricultural country, agriculture is the foundation of nationaleconomy, the development of agricultural enterprise, will promote China’s ruraleconomic development, and the development of agricultural business, will befaced with all kinds of “growing pains " especially the problem of humanresources management in enterprises, in the previous study, many scholars ofour our high and new technology enterprise human resources managementresearch is more, for agricultural enterprises that the people of this humanresources management research is less, therefore, this paper takes XianyangQin dragon industry limited company for example, the use of managementscience and economics principle to agricultural enterprise human resourcesmanagement research.This paper consists of5chapters.The first chapter mainly of agricultural human resource concept and researchbackground briefly, and further discusses the agricultural enterprise humanresources management the purpose and significance of the research, the maincontent, train of thought and method.The second chapter on the agricultural enterprise human resourcesmanagement present situation analysis. Pointed out that the presentagricultural enterprise staff culture quality is low, polarization is serious, thepersonnel structure is not reasonable and the talent supply and demandstructural contradiction is very outstanding, basic work, salary gap, employeesatisfaction is low, lack of amateur cultural activities, worker life is monotonous,at the same time, the enterprise is also a lack of high-level management anddevelopment staff, wastage rate high, difficult to find a technology is willing tolong-term work of the technical staff, employees of local obviously, thisresulted in the busy season is seasonal influence enterprise progress.The third chapter discusses the agricultural enterprise human resourcesmanagement problems and the main reasons. Agricultural enterprise in thecurrent lack of advanced personnel management idea, still too muchdependence on traditional home management, business executives of theoverall quality is low, the right of entrepreneur concept is very strong, it is acenter with the thing, stress efficiency one-sidedly management, employment,still pay attention to relationships and family, lack of effective incentivemechanism, do not focus on the technical training of staff, lack of cohesivecorporate culture, in the field of human resource management investment little,most agircultural enterprise human resource management development is aform, investment yields significantly at world level, this leads to the enterprisedevelopment is more and more difficult. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, through to the agriculturalenterprises in human resources management in terms of the present situationand the existence question elaborated, put forward agricultural enterprise "people-oriented" human resource management model of the train of thoughtand countermeasure. First of all we should actively guide the entrepreneurs ofagriculture change idea, learn and absorb the advanced management concept,strengthen human resource occupation manager training, to establish “people-oriented" business philosophy, to establish a scientific, reasonablepersonnel training and development system, continue to support andencourage employees to continue education, to improve the integral quality ofthe worker and professional technology, fully consider the staff inter-individualdifferences, to form a fair, humanistic performance appraisal andcompensation mechanism, increase a talent to absorb and train dynamics,regularly organize various activities of enterprises, vigorously develop theenterprise culture construction, make company staff feeling of home, thereasonable control of the flow of personnel, at the same time, enterprisesshould increase rural infrastructure construction, occupation technologyeducation and other aspects of investment.At the end of the agricultural enterprise the present human resourcesmanagement summary. Current, our country agriculture enterprises in part inchange idea, development of human resource management, but the actualeffect is still not clear, with the main characteristic of our country agriculturehas certain relations, people-oriented management concept of humanresources is to accord with our country agriculture to the needs of enterprisedevelopment, therefore, to combine the national conditions of our country,continue to advance people oriented human resources management systemestablishment and implementation, make scientific, perfect managementsystem of human resources, realize the sustainable development ofenterprises.
