Our country is agricultural country, Agriculture is the national economic foundation, Food is the parent of people’s living, and the food security is the key to agricultural production. Food production fluctuation directly influence the fluctuation of the national economy, therefore, China’s food safety problems by national attention.Analysis of 1994-2012,the main food of rice, wheat, maize yield key elements, and the biggest mining safety production technology of three major grain corps, achieve self-sufficiency policy, effort to improve the overall grain production capacity, to ensure that people’s food safety threshold. This article first reviews the reform and opening-up, the dynamic change China’s grain production, analysis of food safety in production in China are lack of human resources such as arable land, water, and agricultural infrastructure construction lags behind, the level of agricultural science and technology is weak, farmers serious agin- g, hypoplasia, grain, grain enthusiasm for knowledge and culture quality is not high. Then introduces the grey correlation analysis method of correlation coefficient, the significance and the calculation of correlation. Representing the correlation calculation model is established and the 1994-2012 10 factors affecting the calculation of correlation coefficient and correlation degree, and correlation sort, find out main influence factors and status analysis. Next system this paper introduces the principle of principal component analysis and steps, using the principle of selection for China’s grain production of nine factors affecting rural power supply factors on principal component analysis, three principal components are obtained. Final conclusion, the security, protection, timeliness of food production are suggested.
