Research On The Problem Of Payment And Clearing System In Guangxi

The payment and clearing system is the basis of banking and the entire financial system. Payment and clearing system in safe and efficient operation is the best way to ensure the smooth flow of money and improve the allocation of social resources. It can maintain the stability of financial markets, prevent financial risks. So far, China has established a relatively complete system of the payment and settlement network. But in the actual development and operation, there are also many problems. Learn from the experience of Guangdong Province,the management of personal cheque business,and Shanxi Province,the development of payment and clearing data information management management system.Finally put forward Guangxi payment and clearing system development problems of all kinds of measures:to promote the payment and clearing system of balanced development,improve business promotion predicament and to strengthen the risk management of the payment system and other measures to deal with.The system having safe and stable operation not only has very important significance to promote the economic development in Guangxi. but also for the future related researchers provide a reference.
