The Construction Of Shandong Highway Logistics Trading Platform

Logistics is the support of the expanded reproduction, is a cross sector, multi sector, the intersection of various forms of movement activities. Logistical informatization is required by circumstances, build logistical information platform is the key and core of logistics to achieve informatization at present. With the implementation of the development strategy of informationization in China, the development of e-government, government departments in Shandong province has increased efforts to promote logistics information, logistics information platform construction has become the core of logistics information.This paper is mainly through the design of a logistics trading platform, to promote between logistics enterprises and logistics enterprises, logistics cooperation and between logistics enterprises and other types of enterprises, so that each enterprise logistics demand information can be released into such a logistics trading platform. This platform will meet the rapidly logistics trading demand, more intensive to the logistics operation change.Firstly, this paper analyzed the experience of foreign platform construction and China’s logistics platform trading and problems. Then, analyzed the current situation of logistics industry in Shandong province, and introduced the problems in the construction of logistics information platform. Then, analyzed of the policy environment, the importance and the development situation of the development of logistics industry in Shandong, put forward the necessity and the function demand of Shandong Province logistics trading platform. Then, introduced the Shandong highway logistics trading platform and the project location, the building contains the basic network platform, public information platform, logistics service trading platform, information management platform of the Shandong high speed logistics trading platform.
