Design And Research Of Maternal And Infant Idle Goods Trading Platform Based On Service Design

The rise of mobile internet has changed people's way of thinking and lifestyle.The national second birth policy has been fully liberalized,with the coming of the next baby boom,the demand for maternal and infant supplies has increased dramatically.Because of the strong demand for maternal and infant supplies and the short use cycle of supplies,it has brought economic pressure to many families,but at the same time,there is a serious waste of social resources.The Nineteenth Congress of the Party reiterated the concept of green development,and needed to find ways to solve the problems of idle resources and waste in families and society.Focusing on new industries and problems,this paper applies the theory and method of service design to the design and research of maternal and infant idle goods trading platform,puts forward the application value of service design in maternal and infant idle goods trading scenarios,carries out the design and practice of the trading platform.The purpose is to construct and optimize the service system and mechanism of maternal and infant idle goods trading platform,so as to improve the transaction efficiency and experience.This paper mainly uses literature research,interdisciplinary research,research and analysis methods.By means of literature research,this paper extensively reads and collates the domestic and foreign literature,summarizes the theoretical methods of service design and the current situation of future development of mother-infant idle transaction economy in China,and provides theoretical direction for the design and research of mother-infant idle goods trading platform.Through interdisciplinary research method,use the design concept advocated by service design into the construction of maternal and infant idle goods trading platform,and the service design principles of maternal and infant idle goods trading system are deduced: humanized transaction demand,situational transaction process,systematic transaction strategy,visual transaction design and consistent transaction experience,which provide theoretical basis for subsequent design practice.Through the research and analysis method,this paper combines qualitative research with quantitative research to analyze the current maternal and infant idle goods trading market,finds out the pain points and trading difficulties,from which we can find the design opportunity points.Based on the related theories and methods of service design and the premise of user and market research,this paper optimizes the service system and service mechanism of maternal and infant idle goods trading platform.The construction of maternal and infant idle goods trading platform needs to integrate multiple resources and coordinate the needs of all stakeholders.Through the research on the transaction service design of maternal and infant idle goods,this paper aims to enrich the theoretical system of maternal and infant idle goods transaction service design,and at the same time promote the transaction efficiency and experience of maternal and infant idle goods.On the other hand,it aims to alleviate the pressure of family economy and social resources,and at the same time to promote the public consumption values more green environmental protection.
