Interior decoration has always been characterized as a costomized line of business whose products are to be categorized according to its style. Due to the fact that there are heated competitions, a great number of companies specializing in this area adopted the strategy that optimizes marginal profits. This concept of lower the cost has made many of them sacrifice their service quality, bringing a great deal of disbelief to consumers, while recent years have not seen any increase in corporate profits.This thesis, based on the theory of Niche market, has provided managerial and marketing strategies for JUMU Decoration Company. Through analyzing this company’s status quo, we have discovered its own unique managerial strategy that has not been established. In order to help this company to successfully brand value, optimizen its professional competence, the thesis systematically lays out some strategies of Niche Marketing, including the marketing vision, R&D, channeling of sources, relations among customers as well as league of marketing. Eventually, some securities to be carried out was provided.More, this thesis, based on the company’s status quo and following some requirements of managerial marketing, has restructured the organizational structure, paving pathways to advertising and devising organizational concept that accompanies it.
