In recent years,China's real estate experience several regulation and soaring.First-tier cities real estate boom in 2016,after regulation,the first tier cities of 2017 started to fall,and the third-tier cities began to rise again.Overall,China's real estate sector continues to grow in stages.At the same time,there is a growing demand for house decorations.China's construction decoration industry has entered a period of rapid development,its industry output rose from 0.72 trillion yuan in 2003 to 2015 of 3.4 trillion yuan,the average annual compound growth rate of about 14%.With the rapid growth of the home industry,the home market is booming.A large number of home-dressing companies have sprung up.How to develop the company's marketing strategy is the key to the success of the company.It is important to note that because of decoration industry rapid development,make the decoration industry system is not sound,market,brand effect is not strong,and large-scale arrested development,such as how to decipher the some problem,promote growth,the need of further use the corresponding marketing strategy.Always has been plagued by enterprise development marketing strategy,therefore,it is necessary to analyze the causes of deep analysis from theory.At present,with the transformation and upgrading of the real estate development,the wisdom of the city development pattern,China's real estate to the inventory cycle is long,are subject to supervision by the government holds the market more and more severe,and influenced by environmental management and supervision,as domestic outfit company that has a risk,there are also opportunities.In order to promote the development of decoration company,the author in anhui think a decoration company the opportunity to study marketing strategy research,hoping to find the marketing strategy ideas.This paper is to study how to develop the marketing strategy of small and medium-sized decoration company,its research methods include literature analysis,comparative analysis,data analysis and so on were analyzed.In the writing of research using the SWOT analysis method,porter five analysis methods such as theory,focus on the development of strong decoration company and the present situation and the existing problems,as well as the development of strong adornment company conducted a comprehensive analysis of the environment.This paper also analyzes the marketing systemmanagement,human resources and market direction of the company.Finally thearticle the author according to own experience,experience and theory,puts forward the countermeasures of strong adornment company marketing strategy,the content including the company need to improve the organizational structure and management system,strengthen quality management,strengthening the construction of talent team,to determine the reasonable market positioning,and by such means as diversified marketing strategies.And the company can see the same thing for most small and medium-sized companies like this.Therefore,we hope to provide some reference for small and medium-sized enterprises.
