Then, by referring to the domestic and foreign budget performance management practice and experience, combined with the actual Guangxi, the countermeasures to promote the budget performance management department of Guangxi further, which enhance the sense of responsibility, establish the full performance concept, carry out the target process outcome "three in one of the performance evaluation to raise awareness, strengthen the budget performance concept; through the improvement of the performance management system construction, budget into expert review and evaluation mechanism, establish and improve budget performance management and team building to lay a solid foundation, improve the quality of budget performance management; by strengthening budget performance work program management, extension of the budget performance management content, to explore the financial competitive allocation of special funds to ensure the reform goals.
