Qingxiushan Scenic Sightseeing Car Operating The Project Quality And Safety Risk Management Research

The service quality and safety risk management of scenic areas has long been the burning topic among government branches and social communities. In this paper, we present research on the sightseeing bus operations project of Nanning Qingxiushan Scenic Spot based on the project management theory. We firstly explore key factors that affect the sightseeing bus operations project quality and safety risk management by using related project quality control and risk management theory, research methods and analysis tools, and the findings indicate that lacking sufficient information support to scheduling management operations, complexity of process management for sightseeing bus operation, and the unsound related service system and management system are the main factors that influenced sightseeing bus operations project quality of service. We then identify and assess the risk factors come from drivers, passengers, visitors, sightseeing bus, the running line situations and the road environment of sightseeing bus. Basing on the findings above, we propose some possible countermeasures for quality control and improvement, and made some suggestions about risk management according to the Nanning Qingxiushan’s strategic objectives of 5 A grade scenic spot building at the end of this paper.The research results may be of theoretical guidance value to the quality control and safety risk management to Nanning Qingxiushan Scenic Spot sightseeing bus operations project, as well as the practical value to advise other scenic spot countrywide.
