The Research Of Circulation Organization Innovation Based On Marxist Circulation Time Theory

With the development of eco-society, the fundamental and leading role of circulation industry in national economy is becoming increasingly obvious. As the carrier of circulation activities, circulation organization has experienced a series of development and innovation with the change of economic and social environment. In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of circulation organization in our country, we need to research the inherent law and mechanism of circulation organization innovation, and put forward the targeted policy suggestions to enhance the level of circulation organization innovation.Based on Marxist circulation time theory, this thesis establishes a unified analysis framework with using circulation time as explanatory variable to explain the mechanism and model of the innovation of circulation organization. As the circulation process has the productive and unproductive characteristics at the same time, for the part that doesn’t create value, we must reduce the circulation time and cut down the circulation cost. But for the part that can create value, we should prolong the circulation time and expand its scale. So circulation time has two aspects of influence for circulation organization innovation. From the longitudinal aspect, the innovation of circulation organization is oriented to shorten the circulation time, which leads to compress the circulation link and economize the circulation cost. From the horizontal aspect, the innovation of circulation organization is oriented to lengthen the circulation time, which leads to extend the industrial chain and enlarge the scale of circulation industry.In terms of saving circulation time, as the pure circulation process doesn’t create value, which urging the circulation organization to save circulation time through organization innovation. Shortening circulation time can relatively lengthen production time and economize the circulation cost. The nature of goods also requires the saving of circulation time. Circulation innovation oriented to saving circulation time includes four models, which are the innovation for shortening purchasing time, the innovation for saving selling time, the innovation for fusing the stage of purchase and sell, and the innovation with information technology.In terms of prolonging circulation time, due to the change of modern modes of production and circulation, industrial fusion is becoming more common, and circulation activities which can create value are becoming more important, and the scale is growing larger. For this part, we should relatively lengthen the circulation process through organization innovation. Circulation innovation oriented to prolonging circulation time also includes four models, that are the integration of the function of circulation industry, circulation industry integrating agriculture, circulation industry integrating manufacturing industry, and circulation industry integrating other service businesses.Suggestions for promoting circulation organization innovation include two aspects. Firstly we must save circulation time and improve circulation efficiency. To achieve these, we can shorten purchasing time by enhancing the degree of agriculture-supermarket jointing and the chain operation, we can save selling time through increasing the number of supermarket and shopping mall moderately. Also we can make the circulation channels flatter to economize circulation time from both directions. And we can develop E-commerce to promote the informatization level of circulation organization. Secondly we should lengthen the industrial chain and enlarge the scale of circulation industry. For the purposes, we need to develop modern logistics industry vigorously to integrate the function of circulation industry, and to realize the chain-development to integrate circulation industry and manufacturing industry. Last but not least, we should strengthen the cooperation within the third industry to fuse circulation industry and other service businesses.
