Performance Assessment Research On Food Quality Chain Based On Network Dea

With the globalization of economic, personalized demand,progress of information technology and fundamental changes have taken place in enterprise internal and external environment The improvement of quality performance not only depends on the technical specialization and standardization, but on the cooperation between related enterprises. Food has its own particularity, shelf life, sanitation, transportation, storage conditions, these quality factors are required strongly. The quality of food flow through multiple enterprise and the performance evaluation of the quality are complex and changeable. Food industry is closely related to people’s daily life, and has a direct impact on the development of social economy. The performance of food quality research is of great significance for food quality improvement.This thesis researches on the following aspects:firstly, the definition and illustration of the quality of food chain, quality performance evaluation indicators, evaluation model of quality performance using network DEA; Secondly, based on grey relational analysis method, established diagnosis model of food quality chain quality performance under the uncertain condition, so as to realize the effectiveness of the quality of the food chain quality performance comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and improvement. Finally, through empirical research, the evaluation model and evaluation method are verified.In this paper, the quality of food chain evaluation and the diagnosis model provides an effective tool for improving the quality of food chain quality performance. Accordingly, each related businesses can target the key index in the quality of the food chain, determine reasonable resources allocation for the quality of the food chain system, and provides the basis methods for scientific management.
