In recent years, along with the people health consciousness enhancement and the food quality event repeatedly occurrence, food quality question is already the focal point which becoming paid attention day by day. In view of this kind of situation, food profession besides establishes the ISO9000 quality system, also starts to the HACCP system to take. HACCP, namely "the harm analysis essential control point", is in the present world most has the authority about food security aspect quality control system, was for the international approval, guarantee food exempts the biology, the chemical properties and physical property harm prevention system.This article has studied the HACCP system the benefit which and its brought in the Y Corporation's application, the HACCP implementation, has promoted company's quality control level, enhanced company's economic efficiency, strengthened company's synthesis competitive abilityBut Y Corporation the place which also existed in the quality control aspect needs to improve. On the one hand, Y Corporation already through HACCP system authentication and ISO9001:2000 quality control system authentication, but two between is mutually independent, from becomes a body, has not carried on the conformity.
