Research On Game Of Food Supply Chain Members And Quality Promotion Mechanism

Food is the first necessity to people and safety is the preferential matter.Food safety is related to the health and safety of the masses.In recent years,China's food safety.problems occurred frequently,which leads consumers to become victims groups.The reasons are caused by the game of food supply chain members under the information asymmetry,inadequate food regulation and other factors.This paper analyzes the food safety problems from the interaction between food supply chain members of different stages and the mechanism of food quality improvement,which uses the way of literature extraction,game-theoretic modeling and computer simulation.This paper firstly summarizes literature of food supply chain,the quality safety of food supply chain and food supply chain regulation and then make a review of the related literature.Then,it presents the game model of the purchase price between food raw material suppliers and food producers under the setting of asymmetric information.Meanwhile,it studies the price game between food production firms and consumers.It is found that food raw material suppliers determine the price reduction is not compared with the profit level as he considers bargaining is a multi-round.Food raw material suppliers compare upper profits with the last round when food production firms were rejected.As a result,the price reduction put forward by food producers are not decreasing.Consumers will be easier to take a rational attitude if they comprehend the food price information more fully.In reality,it is necessary for food producers to guide and publicize consumers through various means to help consumers better acquire the food price so as to make the right choice.In view of the implementation of our country's food safety regulation policy,the fourth chapter discusses the decision-making process of government supervision department and food production firms by using evolutionary game theory.It investigates the existence and stability of the replicator dynamic equation by the game model of the government regulatory departments and food production firms in the evolution.It is shown that increasing the net income of government regulators from strictly enforce food safety regulations and reducing the proportion of government regulators to choose strict enforcement strategies can encourage food production firms to choose safe production,which contributes to the path of a good state of evolution.At the same time,improving the implementation of food safety regulation supervision can also increase the food production enterprises choose the probability of safe production.Otherwise,if the government does not strictly enforce the food safety regulations,the food enterprises unsafe production income will increase,which will lead to other food production firms followed it.This individual rational decision-making leads to collective irrational decisions.Further,in order to solve the above benefits,prices,supervision and other contradictions.Chapter 5 takes great changes of food business model into account.It is necessary to build a strong food supply chain security system in order to protect food quality and safety.Therefore,this chapter explores a new food quality control model,which includes food safety information network control,food safety management control and food supply chain traceability information system.The food safety information network control includes the establishment of unified and coordinated information collection and food safety warning system.Food safety management control includes food supply chain in the production of raw materials,food business processing,logistics and distribution.The establishment of Food safety early warning system can reduce the harm to consumers when food has risks.The food supply chain traceability system includes four subsystems:food raw material traceability system,food processing link traceability system,logistics and distribution traceability system and food sales traceability system.The quality of food will go toward a good state of development through the construction of food quality control model.In general,the study of this paper provides suggestion for food regulators.It helps them monitor the food supply chain members more efficiently.At the same time,the mechanism of food quality improvement provided a valuable theoretical reference for food supply chain security.At the end of this paper,it summarizes the research results and also point out some of the direction,which still need to improve in the future research.
