The Conditions And Its Evaluation Of Wuhan City Building Tourism Central City In The Middle Triangle

With the our country economy entering the new normal, tourism, as the national economy important industry, becomes more prominent for promoting the economy: pulling the economic growth, promoting the social consumption, stimulating the social employment, so each area attaches great importance to the development of tourism.Tourism central city plays an important role in the whole region tourism,have becomingthe growth pole of region tourism economydriving the development of the whole areaby means of the agglomeration and diffusion,driving the development of other cities.The study of tourism central city mainly focus on the Yangtze river delta,the pearl river delta, the Bahia rim region and tourism economy developed regions in recent years,however,research on " the fourth pole of China economy of the future "-Middle Triangle is very few, the foothold of the study of this paper istourism central city in the region.First of all,this paper deduces the five basic conditions ofbuilding tourism central city by means of research on central place theory and practice research of Shanghaiconstructing tourism central city in Yangtze river delta, namely one is the strongest tourism centricity, and the second the agglomeration and diffusion effect of the city is most obvious in the region, the third tourism resources areaabundant, thefourth is tourism economy developed, and the fifth location and traffic condition is superior. At the same time, the article analyzes the five conditionsdeeply, finding that the strongest tourism centricity is the core condition, the effect of diffusion and agglomeration being most oblivious is the necessary condition, the rich tourism resources is the foundationcondition, tourism economy developed is the important condition, location and transportation advantages are prerequisite.Moreover, the five conditions of building tourism central city are applied to the research on the tourism cities in the Middle Triangle, by comparison and analysis, finding that from the point of view of tourism centrifuge, the tourism centricity of Wuhan city is the highest in theregion; from the scope of diffusion, the influenced area of Wuhan city is the biggest, breakingthe administrative boundary; from the perspective of the tourist resources, the tourism resources in Wuhan is rich in quantity and high grade; from the perspective of the tourism economy, the strength of Wuhan tourism economy of is the strongest, developing fatly and potential enormous; from the perspective of the region and traffic, Wuhan is located in the geographical central of China’s population and economy and multi-functional economic center, as well asbeing an important transportation hub in inland,preliminary established a set of aviation, water transport, road, rail, rail transportation, which integrates "seamless docking transportation system", thus Wuhan becomes the tourism central city in the regionwith five conditions,.At last, combining the reality of Wuhan and the experience of Shanghai, fivemeasures of building tourism center city are put forward.
