Research On Welfare Utility Of Variety Of Security Housing In Wuhan City

With the development of the social economy and the urbanization process of China,people pay more and more attention on urban housing problems. As one of the real estatemarket supervision measures and an important measure to improve the effectiveness oflivelihoods, the result of affordable housings in the implementation process should beevaluated. China currently has established the low-rent housing, economically affordablehousing, price-capped housing, public rental housing as the main affordable housing system,which formed into a wide coverage to protect a wide range of security system objects.Different types of affordable housing for different income levels to protect the role played bygroups are not the same. Comparing the utility brought by different types of affordablehousing to a protected object can be very intuitive evaluation of the effect of affordablehousing. In this paper, the research takes the scope of Wuhan city into consideration, and usesthe economic theory and method to compare the effects of different types of protectionaffordable housing through empirical research.Chapter one: introduction section. The main current combed for affordable housing andaffordable housing utility literature, summarized the research purpose and significance of thisstudy to clarify research framework, content and methods, and innovations that may exist andshortcomings.Chapter two: the theoretical part. For affordable housing and related definitions will beexplained in Wuhan city. Introduce the relevant theoretical knowledge, to lay the theoreticalfoundation for the empirical part.Chapter three: the current situation and economic development of affordable housingconstruction in Wuhan city are introduced, and a preliminary classification based on incomelevel, to determine the scope of the study and research of this article.Chapter four: using questionnaires to obtain the necessary data in this paper, the use offuzzy evaluation method to determine the effects of different types of affordable housing forhouseholds of different income levels generated, get research purpose.
