The Interactive Development Of Producer Services And Manufacturing Research In Wuhan

Since the 1960s, the world economics evolve from industry oriented to service oriented gradually. Service industry, especially producer services become the fastest growing part of the economy and get more and more attention of the world. The interactive development of producer services and manufacturing industry are becoming an important means of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry driven by the internet and information technology. And Wuhan is in the middle of industrialization, the disadvantages of manufacturing industry development makes it lack of competitiveness across the country and even in the international market。It is an urgent problem for Wuhan, which is how to make use of the development of producer services to improve the current situation of the development of manufacturing industry。This article is about to solve this problem。There are six aspects in this paper。The first chapter is introduction。This part is mainly established the research background, the significance and the methods, and expounds the research on the subject of innovation and deficiency。The second part is literature review。The author reviewed and organized the related literature both at home and abroad in this part。And to find out the definition, extension and classification of producer services and manufacturing。Then the author summarized four theories about the interactive development of producer services and manufacturing industry, including the theory of demand, the theory of supply, the theory of interaction and the theory of development of fusion, and established the interactive mechanism between that, including Social division of labor theory, the value chain theory and the industrial structure theory.The third chapter is mainly about the evolution of the industrial structure in Wuhan. This part summed up the economic development of Wuhan, analyzed the evolution of the industrial structure situation from 1978 to 2013, and finally summarized the three characteristics of evolution of industrial structure in Wuhan. Firstly, industry structure optimized gradually, the third industry is not dominant. Secondly, service industry structure incline to reasonable, industry efficiency is not high. Thirdly, industrial structure improving, high and new technology industry development is slow。The fourth chapter is about the current situation of the development of producer services and manufacturing industry in Wuhan. This part analyzed the current situation of the development of manufacturing industry from the industry scale, internal structure and economic benefit. And then analyzed the producer services from the scale, development trend and comparative。The fifth chapter is about the empirical research interactive development of producer services and manufacturing in Wuhan. Firstly this chapter using the method of measuring analysis the relationship between producer services and its micro-industry and manufacturing, from two aspects:the overall and divisions of and industry segment. It is concluded that the two industries are related on development. Secondly, this chapter uses the grey correlation analysis method to calculate the correlation coefficient both between producer services and its micro-industry with manufacturing. It is concluded that they have established a strong correlation.The sixth chapter is about the opinions on how to promote the interactive development relationship between producer services and manufacturing in Wuhan. Combined with empirical research results, the author suggest at nine o’clock, respectively is:(1)Combined with geographical advantages and promoting the development of modern logistics industry; (2)Promoting financial innovation and optimizing manufacturing development financing platform; (3)Speeding up the independent innovation and promoting the development of manufacturing and high-tech services interaction; (4)Speeding up the manufacturing technology innovation and improving manufacturing efficiency; (5)Separating manufacturing core competition and promoting the development of producer services cluster; (6)Extending manufacturing industrial chain and promoting the development of manufacturing industry as a service; (7) Strengthening the industry association and construction of industrial convergence development mechanism; (8)Loosen government control and formulating preferential policies on industrial convergence development; (9)Strengthening information communication and improving the industry information transmission mechanism.
