Overall labor productivity is a composite indicator which can reflect the development condition and management benefit of the enterprise. In recent years, State-owned assets supervision and administration commission has been brought it into the check-up system which becomes one of the important assessment indicators. How to Continuously improve the overall labor productivity level becomes more and more important to lots of state-owned enterprises.In this paper, Yinguang Company as the research object, using literature research method, comparative analysis, System analysis to research. Complete the following five aspects of research content: The first part puts forward the research background, purpose and significance, the research of dynamic at home and abroad, the research thought and framework. The second part introduces the overall labor productivity of the basic concepts and related theory, briefly introduces the concept of the labor productivity level of overall Labor productivity, and introduces the overall Labor productivity calculation methods and influencing factors. The third part is the current situation and problems of overall Labor productivity of Yinguang company. Through the data for standard, analysis of the current situation of the overall Labor productivity of Yinguang company. Through the analysis we can see that the level of the overall labor productivity of Yinguang company is still very low, and the overall labor productivity level of each Branch is highly coordinated. Aiming at the status quo, this paper find out two main reasons that affecting the overall labor productivity of Yinguang company. One is the large number of employees and low staff quality, the other is large industrial intermediate input and low industrial added value growth. The fourth part put forward the strategies of improving the overall labor productivity level of Yinguang company. One is to control the total quantity of the employees, improve the quality of the practitioners. Second, to strengthen technological innovation, optimize the industrial and product structure, promoting the transformation of scientific research achievements into productivity, strengthen the marketing management at the same time, improve the industrial added value. Third, using the scientific methods to determine performance goals, establish a branch performance target and negotiate salary mechanism. To strengthen the process evaluation and incentive constraints.The advantage and disadvantages of the solutions on the subject need further discussion in practice. Meanwhile, I hope it can cause all management paying attention to the overall labor productivity can give some help for other similar enterprises.
