On The Corporate Culture Of Innovation

Enterprise culture plays an increasingly important role in the companies’evolution along with the constant development of economic globalization, which has been identified by the academic and administrative members. As the reflection of companies’core value and competition, enterprise culture related to numerous aspects, especially for humans’creation. Although this new conception has been researched for its significant impact on enterprise culture, extensive attention still not been paid.Based on the combination between enterprise culture and humans’creation, this paper tries to make a research that what’s the role of humans’creation in enterprise culture and how to cultivate it.Combined with the characters of humans’creation as well as the current situation of enterprise culture, this paper elaborately analyzed the definition and roles of humans’creation in enterprise culture as well as discussed how to cultivate it from the view of Political Science, Philosophy, Management, Economics and Sociology etc.Chapter two and Chapter three are the key parts, which analyzed the important role and the core status and ethical significance of humans’creation in enterprise culture as well as how to cultivate it respectively. Besides, the discussion about its construction method, basic definition, type, features all had been related in this paper.The results of this paper will not only be a valuable reference for the construction of enterprise culture, but also provide a theoretical basis for how to cultivate it.
