Since cloud computing was put forward, it has been a hot topic in academic research area. However, on application aspect, the cloud computing services market started to develop. According to surveys from IDC, Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are considered to be the most appropriate for the cloud computing services adoption. Therefore, this study took them as the research object, to analyze the influence of SMEs1adoption on cloud computing services by an empirical research. In this paper, we have built the research model, which included three levels and12variables on influence factors, based on the existing research on cloud computing services adoption, customer value propositions and basic theories/models of information technology adoption. Then we designed our questionnaire and completed our survey on406samples. By the analysis of the collected data, we can find the main factors influencing SMEs’ adoption on cloud computing service. From the two dimensions of perceived risk and perceived benefits, compared with the perceived risk level variable, result of model assessment suggests that perceived benefit impacts enterprises’ adoption intention most significantly, the influence coefficient reaches0.66.The cost advantage has the highest influence coefficient of0.42, which is the most important factor in this in the aspect of the adoption of cloud computing products. Perceived risk reverse was also proved to influences the adoption behavior significantly, within which the security risk had a coefficient of0.34. In addition, this study also analyzed the characteristics of enterprises participated in this survey, found that cloud computing products, market prospect is good and cloud computing product demand in the small and medium enterprises to is relatively strong. At last, we summarized this research conclusions and developed some suggestions for the development of cloud computing service on both service providers’ and SMEs’ view.
