The Cost Management Of Modularized Low Voltage Electrical Product Development Project

Because the modular theory and project management is in-depth development, the combination research of both has become an inevitable result."Modular" theory broadens the project management techniques, and modern project management activities also contributed to the further development of "modular" concept and methods.In this paper, the DELIXI electrical as a case, from the perspective of a modular electrical product development, the existing research on new product development cost management methods were refined, and pointed out the difference between modular and non-modular electrical product cost management. On this basis, the authors propose improvement measures:increased industrialization evaluation and team decision-making processes in cost management, and improve the quality cost control methods of cost management.Through this study, finally reached two purposes:First, the case of companies represented by low-voltage electrical production-oriented enterprises, describe and summarize the resulting exploring realistic model of modular product development and the loss of the cost management; Second, on the existing basis, business case as an opportunity to try to make improvements and innovative research and practice of cost management of modular product development model. Meanwhile, the authors further confirmed the important point that cost management of the modular design is the primary means of low-cost electrical enterprises to win the competition.
