Research On The Personal Financing Business Of China Minsheng Bank Changchun Branch

Based on the current status of CMBC’s personal financing businessof its Changchun Branch, this article is to research and analyze the mainissues and provide proposals for our personal financing clientssystematically.First of all, as preparation for further research, this paperdiscusses the background and research methods of the selected topic,expounds the concept of Personal Financing, the development of domesticfinancial service business, function of Personal Financing and PersonalFinancing Service. Whereafter, taking banks with rapid Personal Financingbusiness development for examples, such as Citibank NA, ICBC and ChinaMerchants Bank, this paper provides a detailed analysis on PersonalFinancing Business development of domestic and international merchantbanks.As the focus of this paper, the fourth and fifth parts analyze currentstatus of Personal Financing in CMBC Changchun Branch and put forwardsystematic corresponding countermeasures accordingly, among which, CMBCChangchun Branch’s internal and external environment factors areexplored firstly and potential countermeasures for products, staffing,service and marketing are provided explicitly afterwards. Last but notthe least，summarization and future research prospects are put forward.This paper provides a new research for joint-stock banks’developmentstrategy analysis&planning.
