| This paper adopts literature analysis,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,questionnaire investigation,case study method,based on the industry and the main characteristics of commercial Banks,will be targeted to Changchun Minsheng bank staff cohesion and staff job burnout situation investigation,the analysis of existing staff job burnout reason of study,using the theory of organizational behavior and human resources management management knowledge and skills,find Changchun Minsheng cohesion and employees’ job burnout problems,thereby improving staff management system,targeted to improve the incentive system of measures and means,Improve the recognition and satisfaction of employees to commercial Banks,stimulate the subjective initiative of employees,and strengthen the cohesion of commercial Banks.In order to attract and retain excellent talents,improve the comprehensive quality of the whole staff of commercial Banks,build a complete and scientific talent training mechanism and system,and provide a steady stream of talents needed for industrial development,positive and effective measures should be taken.That is,in talent management,employee management should be put in the first place.It is fully recognized that doing this job well will directly affect whether the channels for talent acquisition are unblocked,whether the number meets the needs of commercial Banks,and whether the competitive strength of commercial Banks is improved.Relying on scientific and effective staff management,we can introduce all types of talents required in accordance with the strategic planning of commercial Banks,and supplement the needs of various fields or positions.In this study,the author using the related theory as the instruction,objective analysis of the bank’s actual situation,and to provide the corresponding countermeasures to guide,to further perfect the bank staff management,how to overcome this sense of professional burnout,to make it back to the work enthusiasm,good to carry out the development of national policy,and boost the development of financial enterprises,and the application effects and lack reasonable evaluation,from the aspects of age,gender,culture degree analysis the influence factors of commercial bank employees’ job burnout,improve the bank employee self-efficacy and job satisfaction,may help reduce the job burnout,has the extremely important significance.This study takes Changchun Minsheng bank as the research object.Starting from the characteristics of talent management and the development of science and technology industry,this paper proposes the corresponding countermeasures to the main problems in the recruitment process,and discusses how to establish the sustainable job burnout management scheme according to the market development situation.According to its development status,this paper first analyzes the importance of job burnout rate to the development of commercial Banks in the current market,then studies how to obtain excellent talents,retain talents and make good use of talents,and how to take technology research and development and service as the core common development of commercial Banks.To this,this article through the analysis of Changchun in minsheng bank staff job burnout problems,puts forward the countermeasures of management of occupational burnout and designed a system of scientific and effective incentive mechanism,should suit the remedy to the case,know today is the most suitable management mode,the commercial bank personal development goals and development goals of organic unify,to form a strong force and promoting the development of commercial Banks in the competition for.To achieve this goal,systematic design and reform from the concept to the practice level are needed for the job burnout management of commercial Banks.Faced with the overall situation of unstable market economy,Changchun Minsheng bank should timely solve the problem of high job burnout. |
