| The development of swine industry can cause environmental pollution. The safety of pigproducts become a hot issue people concerned. Ecologicalization is the inexorable trend for swineindustry in the future. The ecology development of swine industry involves the whole industry chainincluding feeding, slaughtering, epidemic preventing, processing and transporting. Each procedureclosely linked and all of them be ecological can ensure the pig products to be high quality, safety andharmless which achieve the harmonious development of economy and the environment.Zhu’ji city is famous for pig production. It is one of base to provide commercial lean meat pig inChina and the central reserve meat livestock reserve, also the source pig for Hong Kong in Zhejiang.The pig-breeding industry of Zhu’ji enrolled in characteristic advantaged industries allocation plan. Theswine industry of Zhu’ji should be ecologicalization.Under the guiding of four theories by Economiesof Scale, Circular Economy,Sustainable Development,take Zhu’ji city for example, this paper usesmethods of document retrieval, questionnaire and secondhand data gathering to research. The authorinterviewed the director of Agricultural Bureau and the Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, alsothe president of Zhaofeng pig community and Zhu’ji pig association. Investigate and survey areprocessed in both large-scale pig enterprise and small raising household, also the customer buying porkin the open fair in Zhu’ji.This paper anlysis the reality and the supportting polisies for the swine industry in Zhu’ji recentyears.We research the ecological breeding and slaughtering,also the cycling and integration model.Wefind that the ecologicalization lever is high,but there is some problems exist inculding the crisis of localpig breed,the inefficiency fodder,lack of equipment,the disorder of slaughtering and so on.We suggestbring in breeding system,training techical personnel,building brand and shut down the disqualified pigfarms and so on. |
