The Research On Bamboo Processing Enterprises Competitiveness Of Anji County

The bamboo forest area of Zhejiang account for one-six of our country, and the bamboo production value and export value has take up one third, one forth, respectively. As we know, the Chinese bamboo should look to Zhejiang, and the Zhejiang bamboo should look to Anji. Bamboo processing enterprises play an important role in Anji. In this paper, we will take Anji as an example for bamboo processing enterprise research.Based on relative theories on competitiveness and relative research on bamboo processing enterprise, this paper analyses the history, current situation, the superiority of its development and the influence factors of competitiveness in Anji. Based on the previous analysis, this paper builds a bamboo processing enterprise competitiveness valuation model, which include seven one-class indexes. twenty-nine two-class indexes. The seven one-class indexes are production and processing capability, technology innovation ability, marketing and promotion ability, organized management capability, enterprise operation ability, enterprise culture construction ability and enterprise sustainable development ability. Because the evaluation system of enterprise competitiveness is grey, we may find some information is incomplete. AHP and grey correlation analysis are been used to evaluate the enterprise competitiveness.As we can see from the evaluate result, we know that the one-class index weight from big to small sort in turn are enterprise sustainable development ability, technology innovation ability, marketing and promotion ability, enterprise operation ability, organized management capability, enterprise culture construction ability and production and processing capability. On the correlation degree, we can obtain the competitiveness of bamboo processing enterprise in Anji is uneven. On the whole, the relevancy of bamboo processing enterprise is common, so as the competitiveness. There several reasons lead to the result. We should strengthen enterprise competitiveness from enterprise sustainable development ability, technology innovation ability, marketing and promotion ability, enterprise operation ability, organized management capability, enterprise culture construction ability and production and processing capability. Finally, from the aspect of enterprise several recommendations has been put forward.
