| With the development of the construction of information highway and the knowledgeeconomy, in recent years, electronic commerce has become an irresistible trend。As a newbusiness model, e-commerce has become the main driving force of economic development。Meanwhile, after the reform and opening up, China’s logistics industry has achieved greatdevelopment, plays an important role in promoting China’s economic development processforward. Logistics and e-commerce contribute to each other’s development,as a continuationof e-commerce services,Logistics is the guarantee of e-commerce transactions。At thesame time, e-commerce, in turn, directly or indirectly, affects the logistics job links。Driven bythe development of electronic commerce,there are more perfect logistics infrastructure,andthe management level has also been improved,logistics link’s working efficiency had beenraised.Firstly, we studied the theory of e-commerce and logistics,found that in businesslogistics environment people’s consumption patterns shift from the traditional physical storeshopping to online shopping. After the study of network shopping satisfaction,we found thatthe research of online shopping satisfaction focused on technical factors associated with thenetwork of Internet shopping behavior. Although some scholars in the theoretical studieslinked to the traditional shopping behavior, but the comparison study between traditionalshopping and online shopping is not deep enough,or even lack,we need to get the factors thataffect the online shopping customer satisfaction through the empirical research. Compared alot of customer satisfaction index model,we chose the biggest influence in the internationalarena, the most authoritative ACSI model as a reference。Combined with the characteristics ofthe network shopping,we construct the network shopping satisfaction model, and put forwardhypothesis about relationships between each variable structure。The research results show that the affecting path of customer online shopping showspositive statistically significant. This includes shopping expectations to perception quality, toshopping satisfaction and to customer loyalty.
