With the rapid development of our country’s economy,the improvement of public income level and the upgrade of consumer demand,the public’s pursuit of beauty is also increasing,and the cosmetics industry has also ushered in good development opportunities against this background and has shown a vigorous development trend.Due to the attractive profit space,huge market demand and many market opportunities,my country’s cosmetics market has attracted many international cosmetics brands,and has occupied many market shares in China with its own excellent marketing strategies.At the same time,many domestic cosmetic brands have also sprung up like mushrooms after a rain,technology has been continuously optimized and upgraded,and products have been continuously innovated.The competition in my country’s cosmetics industry has become increasingly fierce.In the face of such a fierce competition pattern,how to carry out marketing for local cosmetics brands to stand out,seize a place in the market,and continuously expand market share is a research question worth exploring and having practical significance.This article takes V cosmetics under the local cosmetics company B Biotechnology Co.,Ltd.as the research object to study the marketing strategy.First,analyze the problems existing in the marketing strategy;secondly,analyze the marketing environment of B company V cosmetics from the macro and micro levels,and carry out SWOT analysis on this basis to obtain the SWOT matrix;further propose the product target market positioning optimization plan and 4P strategy Improvement suggestions and specific safeguard measures are provided to help B Company V Cosmetics make better use of the marketing mix strategy,so as to create a better brand image and more accurate market positioning,so as to promote the healthy and long-term development of the company.The main research conclusions are as follows:...
