Research On Sustainable Development Of Rural Finance In Yulin City

To achieve sustainable development of rural finance， it needs the sustainabledevelopment of rural financial institutions and promotion on reform and development of ruralfinancial system. Rural financial institution is one of the main providers of rural financialproducts and services; one of the important elements of rural financial system. And it’s one ofthe objects of rural economic entity or financing credit organization which plays a critical rolein stability development of rural finance and economic. In recent years, benefiting fromstate-owned banks listed inspiration and change on access policy of financial markets in ruralareas; a number of innovative rural financial organizations came into being. With the "ThreeRural Issues" highly valued top and down, reforming of the rural financial system andoperating mechanism of rural financial institutions have also been closely watched by allgovernment levels. This article explores the sustainable development of rural finance inYulin City, mainly from each county’s rural financial institutions and current institutionalmechanisms of rural finance in Yulin City. According to the data documents of rural financialinstitutions, it observes and summarizes the features of Yulin City rural finance, and finallyconcludes that rural finance keeps on the sustainable development policy.This paper consists of five parts. The first part introduces the background, purpose andsignificance of the study; the methods and ideas of the study, the framework of the paper; atthe same time, it summarizes the results of relevant research ideas at home and abroad. Thesecond part builds the theoretical foundation of rural finance development problem, includingthe basic theory of rural finance and rural financial institutions, the relevant theory of ruralfinancial institutional mechanism and the implemental theory of sustainable development.The third part reviews the development of rural finance in Yulin city, presents the currentstatus of rural financial institutions and institutional mechanism; meanwhile, it demonstratesthe relationship between rural finance and rural economic development, and analyses that thestudy on sustainable development of rural finance contributes to the development of ruralsociety and economy in Yulin City. The forth part analyses problems existing in rural financialfield and its apparent reason. The fifth part proposes reasonable suggestion andcountermeasure towards the sustainable development of Yulin rural finance.
