Study On Upgrading Of Textile Industry In Yishan Town

Yi Shan Zhen is the Zhejiang province Cang nan County textile industry townof military importance, also known as a national production base of recycled fiber.Yi shan textile industry is the traditional competitive industries, industrial base inZhejiang Province, is an important livelihood industries, plays an active role inproviding required people’s life, increase the government revenue, absorbemployment, expanding exports, and promote regional economic development.But at the same time, at the time of development and many problems haveemerged, in the circumstances, as a result of the global financial crisis had atremendous impact on the Yishan textile and garment industry, many textileenterprises in trouble, or even the verge of collapse. In the internal environment,although the development of Yi shan textile industry, brought huge economic andsocial benefits, but there are also many prominent problems of high energyconsumption, pollution, large enterprises, small business. This is the objective reasonof the industry itself, it is the result of policy, management and the quality of peopleand other subjective factors.Therefore, the industry environment, economic situation and internal current sothat industrial upgrading has become inevitable, the key is how to improve the textileand garment industry level and industrial added value. Industrial upgrading anddevelopment cannot do without the support of the government, to promote thefurther development of the textile industry should be town, need to go to the localgovernment,"unified action" and "promising". The government played in theindustry, to change with the social and economic environment, and the guiding roleof government can not replace the industry structure and increasing ability of selforganization. Cultivation of core competition of textile industry, need thegovernment reasonable guidance.Therefore, this paper through theoretical and empirical analysis, to seek ways and means for the appropriate characteristics of industrial upgrading, from thisperspective, this study has enriched the theory of industrial upgrading, how topromote the upgrading of Yi shan textile industry, has important theoreticalsignificance.
