Study On The Countermeasures Of Rural Tourism Development On Homestay Facility In Yongjia County Zhejiang

In recent years, topics like Ecology、Environmental Protection、Local Concern andIn-depth Travel are becoming the trend of the world. In such a case, the leisuretourism is also developing this way. And with the acceleration of urbanization, peopleincreasingly yearn for the quiet, honest, harmonious way of life in the country. Ruraltourism has become one main way for people to return to nature、relax、experiencerural life and entertainment. The development of rural tourism can not only enrich thecontent of tourism activities, and expand the tourism capacity, but also lead to theadjustment of agricultural structure and increasing farmers’ income, and promote ruralsocial-economic development. Therefore, in the process of building a well-off societyin China, the vigorous development of the rural tourism will play a more active role insolving the Three Rural Issues, and promoting the building of a new socialistcountryside. Rural pension as an important carrier of rural tourism, has great influenceon the whole rural tourism. Whether it can be lead at a higher level or not can directlyinfluence the development level of rural tourism. This paper tries to set out from therural pension development condition and development strategy research, aimed atbetter promoting the rural pension in rural tourism to develop quickly and well.The rural area in Yongjia County Zhejiang Province has a big population andpeople there have poor income. The key point and hard point in building a well-offsociety in Yongjia County is the rural area. In order to realize the development ofYongjia agriculture, rural prosperity and increase the income of the farmers, we mustactively explore new ideas for the development of rural economy in Yongjia andspeed up the pace of structural adjustment of rural economy.The important subjectunder the new situation is how to increase the income of the rural areas of Yongjiaand realize the well-off society by developing rural pension linking with the processof the beautiful village construction, seizing the core of the village, reforming orbuilding rural pension but not rural hotel according to the local rural geography, culture, customs and environment, meanwhile maintaining and optimizing theenvironment surrounding rural pension,providing rural tourism, food andservice,relying on abundant natural resources and folklore resources development ofrural tourism to promote social and economic development by leaps and bounds.Through a comprehensive, systematic, detailed comparative analysis, by usingliterature analysis, SWOT analysis and other methods, this paper analyzes the currentsituation of rural tourism in Yongjia to identify the existence of objective problemsand bottlenecks in the development process and the causes of them. The paper alsoputs forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures on how to advanceeffective development of rural economic growth in Yongjia by learning theexperience and inspiration throughout the development of domestic and foreign ruralpension.
