The rise of rural tourism from the end of 1980s in China,and then become the promotion of rural poverty,especially an important industry in the comprehensive construction of a well-off society,the old border poor area,in promoting rural social economic prosperity and development,to enhance the overall image,promoting the construction of ecological civilization village and make a positive contribution.With the development of rural tourism in recent years,the development of good momentum,but the rural tourism safety accidents are increasing,resulting in a series of problems.In this paper,the development of rural tourism in Xinhua County of Loudi city as the research object,from the fire,health,security and other aspects of analysis of rural tourism tourism accommodation safety problem causes,characteristics and management measures,the rural tourism accommodation safety accidents have occurred analysis,understand the current reality of rural tourism practitioners,tourists,tourism management the grass-roots government departments,such as rural tourism participants in rural accommodation safety accidents in the process of the role and problems.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to the problems of rural tourism accommodation security.Through the research on rural tourism accommodation safety theory and method of the existing depth for rural tourism accommodation safety related research investigation and case analysis of the plight of accommodation safety problems of rural tourism in Xinhua County in the development process,to explore the prevention and treatment of rural tourism accommodation safety and relief mechanism,and based on the development of rural tourism safety on exploring rural tourism development pattern and Countermeasures of long-term development.One is the analysis of fire safety problems from the housing structure of rural tourism accommodation;two from the housing accommodation location analysis of natural disasters of debris flow and other security issues;the three is the problem of rural tourism accommodation security(including theft,conflict etc.)were analyzed;four is to analyze the health status of the rural tourism and accommodation medical assistance system;five is the case study on safety accidents of rural tourism accommodation in Xinhua County in the process,causes and characteristics of accident analysis and processing results,summarize the problems of rural tourism accommodation safety faces;six for rural tourism accommodation safety problem,the feasibility of seeking solution of rural tourism safety problems from tourism management perspective.In view of the existing rural tourism accommodation safety problems,to ensure the healthy development of rural tourism sustainable development,improve the ability of housing fire wood frame equipped with fire fighting facilities and equipment,related to the application of fireproof paint etc.,gradually change the location to rely on housing land,planning and other departments to install enough cameras and other anti-theft devices to improve security the level of rural tourism accommodation for rural tourism practitioners,operators and tourists emergency propaganda and education,not in government assistance system for timely follow-up,to take effective remedial actions,in order to reduce accommodation safety problems caused by the loss of rural tourism operators and tourists so as to create a favorable environment for the development of a common benefit.
