Taking Liaoning technical university students as the investigation basis of Fuxin mobile, The article analyzes the basic situation of Liaoning technical university students’ mobile phone traffic market and found it is the oligopoly market which faces fierce competition, Fuxin mobile belongs to the market leader and takes up a larger share of the market, so it leading ahead. But it also faces fierce competition.
