Foreign investment brought shock to local enterprises while developing opportunity occurred never before.There are many way of seeking globalized competition ability, one is Informationization in order to break regional barriers. International competition means China enterprises must posses more compatible management informationizationThere are some achievements on informationization with Dongxing Aluminum Co., Ltd, however, many defects and limitations remained. This paper illustrated the status of DAC informationization, analysis defects and problems in purpose of looking for solution of this informationization such as overall planning, system structure, information module as well as management flow diagram. Hence, key steps and supporting measures came to being for the solution.This paper provided system scheme for informationization improvement for not only Dongxing Aluminum Co., Ltd, and also is a reference for others. |
