The Empirical Study On The Technological Innovation Ability Evaluation Of Small And Medium-sized Industrial Enterprise

In2008financial crisis which have swept the global not only havebrought big hit to large and medium-sized industrial enterprise to bring the battering, butalso have brought the unprecedented crisis and challenges to small and medium-sizedindustrial enterprise. If enterprise wants to develop and strengthen steadily in the tide ofeconomic globalization, the most effective and important approach is to enhance thetechnological innovation ability of enterprise. The technical innovation is the source andfoundation of that enterprise acquires sustained competitive advantage. How to buildcompetitive advantage, evaluate and improve enterprise’s technology innovation ability isthe primary problem what enterprise concerned. The purpose of this study on enterprise’stechnological innovation ability has important theoretical and practical significance forpromoting enterprise development. It will help enterprise to cultivate and promote thetechnology innovation ability selectively and intently. And it also will improve economicbenefits of enterprise and the capability of sustainable development.This paper firstly analyzes the purpose and significance of the technologicalinnovation ability evaluation and puts forward the train of thought and framework of thepaper. Afterward this paper describes the relevant definition of the technical innovation,technology innovation ability and innovation fund, and brings in the theme of theevaluation of enterprise technological innovation ability. On the basis of summarizing thepresent situation and characteristics of the small and medium-sized industrial enterprisetechnology innovation, this paper analyzes the main factors of influence enterprisetechnology innovation. According to the above analysis about the main influential factorsof enterprise technology innovation, combining with the actual conditions of the smalland medium-sized industrial enterprise, this paper sets up the comprehensive evaluationmodel. The data of this paper derived from48small and medium-sized in Dalianindustrial enterprises from2009to2010. This paper applies the hierarchical analysis,econometric analysis methods approach to carry on empirical study. In terms of the indexsystem, this paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, the theoryapplication and empirical analysis. The paper mainly analysis and evaluates the influenceof external environment utilization index for small and medium-sized industrial enterprisetechnology innovation ability. Finally, According to the problems of improvingtechnology innovation ability of the small and medium-sized industrial enterprise, thispaper puts forward relatively reasonable suggestions.
